FINELED (FINELED LIGHTING LIMITED), established in 2010, is a professional manufacturer in the field of LED linear lights. Over the past ten years, we have specialized in OEM/ODM services, with a primary focus on the R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of LED Flexible Strips, LED Neon Flex, and Signage Lighting. Our team comprises 200 employees, and we operate within a fully dust-free production facility spanning 8,000 square meters. Equipped with state-of-the-art labs and advanced automatic production lines, we have the capability to produce up to 2 million meters per month.
With over 13 years of experience in the industry, we have earned a reputation as a reliable partner and have successfully exported our products to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide.
Throughout the past decade, we have dedicated significant efforts to research and development through our professional in-house engineering teams, transforming creative concepts into reality. We have amassed a portfolio of over 100 unique products in the LED flexible strip field, allowing us to swiftly and accurately meet marketplace and customer demands.
Quality control is of paramount importance to us, from the inspection of incoming raw materials to the production of the final finished product. This commitment ensures that our quality and service are highly trustworthy for our end customers. We have established a mature quality management system and have successfully passed Factory Audits for standards such as bsi ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, BSCI, CTPAT, and RESA.
Additionally, we have obtained product test certificates including CE, RoHS, FCC SDOC, UL, cUL, LM-80, and Energy of EU. We continuously enhance our products by valuing user feedback and adhering to strict and meticulous quality control. We have commenced production of LED modules and LED flexible strips.
FINELED LIGHTING LIMITED (HK) has been established, and we have entered into a cooperative arrangement with a factory in Shenzhen to produce products under our brand through OEM collaboration.
FINELED has established its own factory in Shiyan Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen, covering an expansive area of 1,000 square meters and staffed by a dedicated team of 50 professionals. To uphold our commitment to quality, we have initiated the implementation of the ISO9001:2015 quality system, aimed at ensuring ongoing enhancements in quality and adherence to rigorous management standards.
Furthermore, we have placed orders for four high-speed automatic placement machines. Our unwavering commitment to innovation is underscored by our dedicated in-house engineering teams, whose expertise turns creativity into reality. In addition, we are proud to report that a remarkable 80% of our products have achieved compliance with CE and RoHS standards, making them suitable for the European market.
In response to our customers' demands, we have successfully obtained UL & cUL certification (File No.: E487406). This achievement has opened doors for us to access the North American market, enabling us to better serve our valued clientele.
To enhance our production capabilities, our factory has relocated to Huizhou. We now operate from a spacious production facility spanning 8,000 square meters, with a workforce exceeding 120 skilled professionals. Furthermore, we have achieved commendable milestones by passing Factory Audits for standards including bsi ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, BSCI, CTPAT, and RESA. Additionally, we have obtained product test certificates such as CE, RoHS, FCC SDOC, UL, cUL, LM-80, and Energy of EU, reflecting our dedication to quality and compliance.
Moreover, we have expanded our high-speed placement machine fleet to a total of 15 units, enabling us to achieve a remarkable monthly production output of 1,000,000 meters.
Our commitment to fostering creativity and innovation remains unwavering. As a testament to this dedication, we are thrilled to announce the successful launch of a cutting-edge COB LED strip light. This product has been meticulously developed to swiftly and precisely meet the demands of both the marketplace and our valued customers.
Furthermore, our third-generation 2835 RGB product has successfully completed testing and is now available in the market. This iteration boasts a smaller form factor while delivering a higher lumen output. We are proud to employ a workforce of up to 180 dedicated individuals, operating within a spacious production facility spanning 12,000 square meters.
Manufacturing Capacity
FINELED boasts a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art production equipment, comprising over 15 high-speed automatic placement and automatic welding machines. Additionally, we have an extensive range of testing equipment, including salt spray and mist testers, constant temperature and humidity testers, UV accelerated weathering testers, EMC anti-electronic interference testers, destructive testers, cold and thermal shock testers, as well as LED photoelectric ovens. Our production capacity is impressive, with a monthly average output of 400,000 meters of LED strips. We are deeply committed to providing our customers with not only high-quality raw materials but also a robust production capacity to meet their needs.
